Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead planning, design, and construction across hospital facilities, ambulatory centers, and clinics. You will serve as owner’s representative, directing contractors, architects, and vendors to define scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of progressive hospital/healthcare facilities planning, design, construction, PM, or facilities ops.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in occupied healthcare environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manages full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout for renovations and new spaces in active healthcare settings.
• Defines scope, budget, and schedule; secures vendors; issues contracts and purchase orders; coordinates with end users.
• Coordinates with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to align with clinical needs and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates project plans, status, risks, and governance updates to leadership and teams.
• Ensures OSHA, Joint Commission, CMS, and other regulatory compliance; supports safety and infection control in construction.
