• Broad professional knowledge to oversee construction/architectural design projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop budget and schedule for the project, coordinating consultants and contracts.
• Work with architects and engineers in the development of construction documents and ensure technical quality.
• Monitor budget, staff time, job costs, and accounting; review invoices and control project finances.
• Coordinate hospital trades, contractors, and testing to ensure compliance with specifications and timely completion.
