Brown University Health in Providence, RI seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead project execution and ensure alignment with client programmatic, schedule, and budget requirements.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, oversee contract management, and drive site activities to meet project timetables while upholding hospital standards and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in architectural, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum five years' related experience in architectural/construction engineering design, cost estimating, project coordination and specification writing.
• One year of practical CAD/CADD experience; healthcare environment preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop the budget and schedule for projects, coordinating consultants and contracts.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop construction documents.
• Ensure technical quality of construction and client satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, staff time, job costs and invoicing; review contracts.
• Coordinate hospital trades and external contractors to meet specs and timelines.
• Participate in commissioning, acceptance testing and final payments.
