Qualifications

• 4 years in support services, housekeeping or facilities maintenance.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience with high customer contact.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
• Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
• Leadership, initiative and flexibility.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee frontline associates in housekeeping and support services.
• Coordinate staffing plans and ensure adequate service levels.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing and training.
• Orient and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct inspections and make facility recommendations.
• Produce monthly reports on goals and plans.
• Provide staff education and ongoing training.
• Communicate with staff, administration and other departments.
• Coordinate pest control, cleaning, waste, and recycling services.
