Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance and building operations.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and contractor bidding.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills.
• Proven project management for remodeling or moves.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facility management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations and respond to maintenance needs.
• Manage purchases and fixed assets and implement purchasing procedures.
• Coordinate space planning, remodeling, and office moves with vendors.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues; determine internal vs. contractor repairs.
• Perform routine inspections for safety, compliance, and operations.
• Ensure CARF, fire/safety, and accessibility compliance; maintain regulatory knowledge.
