Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, delivers specialized support services to the healthcare industry across 46 states, serving hundreds of hospital partners. The role supports the Director in overseeing facility operations and acting as a liaison with the client to ensure superior service levels.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree (or equivalent), at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and complex tasks under pressure

Formación

• 4 year degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of additional relevant experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
• Ability to manage staff, function under stress, and develop budgets with facility needs in mind.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate staffing.
• Interviews, selects, hires, evaluates, and recommends termination of personnel.
• Performs regular inspections and evaluations of the facility; suggests improvements.
• Conducts regular staff meetings and coordinates with other departments.
• Schedules major project work, ensuring adequate staff and supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
