You will work closely with Crothall leaders to develop skills in plant operations maintenance, safety, and project planning while engaging with a collaborative team.

The paid internship offers hands-on experiences across departments, with a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 to $30.00.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college/university or technical program to receive credit or hands on experience.
• Excellent writing and editing skills are required.
• Ability to work well under tight time constraints and meet expectations.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational standards
• Participate in department safety and maintain a safe work environment
• Respond to concerns and requests with a sense of urgency and take necessary corrective action
• Assure that the integrity of security at the facility is maintained
• Take a proactive approach to identify and correct facility quality assurance concerns
• Provide and monitor staff orientation and training
