Responsibilities

• Periodically degreases floors and equipment.
• Replaces burned-out lighting equipment and lamps.
• Makes simple plumbing repairs.
• Installs small equipment like towel dispensers and soap dispensers.
• Performs preventive maintenance tasks as directed.
