• Walk grounds daily to inspect conditions and note items in need of repair.
• Inspect buildings weekly for repair and maintenance.
• Inspect safety, emergency lighting and materials weekly.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance duties as scheduled.
• Empty trash daily.
• Inspect company vehicles for safety and maintenance; fill fuel and check oil.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
