Qualifications

• Experience supervising facilities maintenance staff and scheduling work.
• Healthcare/medical building experience preferred.
• Ability to perform in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate facilities maintenance staff.
• Schedule and assign daily work activities to maintenance personnel.
• Oversee routine and preventative maintenance of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting).
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for peak system performance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate with external contractors as needed.
• Ensure work adheres to safety regulations, codes, and health standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inventories, and safety inspections.
• Assist in planning renovations and oversee large-scale facility projects.
