Haven Health is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facility maintenance across the grounds, offices, common areas and resident rooms. You will work under the Executive Director and ensure upkeep of the physical environment.

The role includes budgeting for the Maintenance Department and supervising maintenance staff to maintain safe, clean, and compliant facilities for residents and staff in the Arizona communities Haven Health serves.

Qualifikationen

• Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
• Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
• Tuberculosis Testing
• Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
