You will perform advanced maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including hospital-specific equipment.

You will respond to urgent issues, supervise entry-level engineers when needed, and support operational efficiency while maintaining detailed records and adhering to safety

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, engineering, or related roles required.
• Associate Degree or formal training in facility maintenance, mechanical systems, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, engineering, or related roles in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and performs repairs on mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems, as well as hospital-specific equipment.
• Responds to work requests or trouble calls and pages in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintains safety regulations and hospital standards (OSHA, NFPA, Joint Commission).
• Addresses urgent repair requests and resolves critical issues to minimize disruptions to hospital operations.
• Keeps accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance for management reporting.
