Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for plant, equipment and grounds.
• Conduct daily rounds to assess maintenance needs and priorities.
• Supervise maintenance staff and schedule work orders for timely completion.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in compliance with codes.
• Ensure compliance with Life Safety Code and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate inspections and repairs with contractors and vendors.
• Manage the maintenance budget and procurement within guidelines.
• Keep accurate maintenance records for state surveys.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Assist in disaster preparedness planning and drills.
• Ensure safety protocols, signage and PPE are followed.
