Job summary

You will lead maintenance operations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, while ensuring safety regulations and facility standards are met. Strong leadership and coordination with vendors are essential to keep the building running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
