Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; HVAC/plumbing/electrical/building maintenance certification preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in maintenance or facilities management with 2–3 years in supervision; healthcare/long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations of the department, ensuring buildings, grounds, and equipment are maintained.
• Lead inspections to identify repairs and maintenance needs.
• Manage plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general building systems repairs.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns.
• Manage budget, vendor relationships and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, codes and regulatory standards.
