Job summary

Connections Health Solutions in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Environmental Services & Facilities Technician to keep our healthcare facility clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will handle janitorial duties, minor repairs, and coordination with vendors to ensure smooth facility operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of housekeeping/janitorial cleaning experience, plus knowledge of cleaning best practices and floor care. A mandatory vaccination policy applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in housekeeping/janitorial cleaning.
• Knowledge of cleaning best practices and floor care.
• The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company’s exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment

Responsibilities

• Perform routine housekeeping, maintenance and handyman tasks to care for the facility and grounds.
• Troubleshoot cleaning equipment issues and resolve root causes.
• Respond to repair and maintenance tickets in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with external vendors for outsourced repairs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Oversee floor care vendor performance.
• Order housekeeping and EVS supplies, monitor inventory levels, and report on supply status.
• Report Environment of Care concerns through the ticketing system to support Safety Committee documentation and compliance.
• Maintain overall facility cleanliness, including floor care, restroom upkeep, and window cleaning.
