Job summary

Connections Health Solutions in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking an Environmental Services & Facilities Technician to maintain a clean, safe facility. You will handle housekeeping, floor care, biohazard cleanup, and minor repairs, respond to work orders, and coordinate with vendors to ensure regulatory readiness.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years in housekeeping/janitorial work, and compliance with vaccination and background-check policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years experience in housekeeping/janitorial cleaning.
• Working knowledge of Cleaning best practices and floor care.
• The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company’s exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment
• Must have flu shot or exemption requiring masking during company established flu season
• Must pass the following background checks: Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Criminal Background Check, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check, Medical screenings (physical, TB, and drug test)

Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance & Operations: Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment and facility operations run smoothly.
• Troubleshoot cleaning equipment issues and resolve root causes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and oversee floor care vendor performance.
• Inventory & Supply Management: Order supplies, monitor inventory levels, receive and distribute supplies.
• Compliance & Environment of Care: Report Environment of Care concerns and support safety compliance.
• Facility Cleanliness & Upkeep: Maintain facility cleanliness, restock supplies, and perform additional cleaning duties.
