Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN, seeks an Engineering/Maintenance Manager to lead the Facilities Engineering Department. This full-time, day-shift role oversees the engineering team and ensures safe, reliable infrastructure for patient care and infection control standards.

You will manage plant systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance, drive CMMS work orders across the organization, and coordinate with hospital leadership to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of four years facilities experience required
• Valid Driver's license w/ good driving history
• CHFM (certified Healthcare Facility manager) certification w/in three years

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team.
• Oversee full scope of engineering operations: plant, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance.
• Ensure infrastructure is compliant with regulations and patient care standards.
• Utilize CMMS for work orders and communication across the organization.
