Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Three (3) years nursing experience required.
• One (1) year charge nurse or supervisory experience required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• ACLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• The House Manager facilitates, advises, and supports nursing units, registration, and ancillary departments.
• Enhances the coordination of services in delivery of patient care throughout the hospital.
• In absence of other administrative personnel, the House Supervisor becomes administrative person in charge.
