Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Certified Healthcare Facility Manager credential.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, CMS and TJC requirements, Ohio fire code, EPA regulations.
• De-escalation training within six months of hire.
• Five years of management experience in facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee existing facilities and infrastructure, including preventative maintenance, capital renewal, and capital improvement projects.
• Develop strategic and operational goals for the facilities department.
• Provide life-cycle project management with coordination and oversight on multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with TJC, NFPA, NEC, OSHA, Life Safety Code, and health system policies.
