Eisner Health in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Director of Facilities to lead day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for patients and staff. This hands-on role requires field presence, contractor coordination, and strong regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting.

You'll oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life-safety systems, preventative maintenance, emergency planning, and vendor performance while partnering with site leaders to drive operational

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration).
• 7+ years of progressive facilities management experience, healthcare or nonprofit settings preferred.
• Experience leading multi-site facilities, including environmental services and security teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on leadership of day-to-day facilities operations across all Eisner Health locations.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety).
• Coordinate internal staff and external vendors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules and ensure standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Lead emergency preparedness programs and regulatory compliance initiatives.
