Kenton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Kenton, OH is seeking a Maintenance Director to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents. You will maintain the building, grounds and equipment, addressing electrical, plumbing and HVAC needs and minor repairs.

This is an in‑house, facility‑based role where most repairs are addressed internally. You will work Monday–Friday with on‑call weekend rotations, and collaborate with the on‑site Certified Nurse Practitioner and safety guidelines to

Formación

• Minimum two years’ experience in a maintenance role within a medical setting.
• Experience with IDPH survey requirements preferred.
• Hands-on electrical, plumbing and HVAC repair experience.
• Familiarity with equipment such as PTAC units, Fire Alarms, nurse call systems and phones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with employees and residents.
• Comfortable working near/around medical patients.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance on building, grounds and equipment.
• Fix electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues.
• Record all maintenance and service activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and regulations (IDPH/industry).
• Carry out in-house repairs to minimize external vendor calls.
