Job summary

Holy Cross Health in Florida seeks a Facilities Project Manager to lead capital construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects across the main campus and off-site locations. You will own projects from inception through occupancy, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare construction project management experience.
• PMP, CHFM, OSHA 30, and ICRA/ILSM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, and budget with clinical stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with FGI, NFPA, TJC EC, AHCA requirements.
• Oversee construction, monitor schedule, quality, safety, and RFIs / change orders.
• Manage commissioning, space certification, end-user training, and turnover.
• Prepare monthly status reports and maintain portfolio dashboard.
