Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure retained leadership search engagements with clients.
• Develop recruitment strategies, sourcing plans, and client requirements.
• Lead intake meetings and define search objectives and candidate criteria.
• Advise executive leaders, search committees, and boards throughout engagements.
• Provide regular progress updates, pipelines, and market insights to clients.
• Source, assess and recruit executive-level candidates with a strong candidate experience.
• Conduct executive assessments for leadership competencies and organizational fit.
• Manage relationships to generate repeat business and expand services.
• Deliver market intelligence, succession planning insights, and decision support.
