Forefront is focused on delivering safe, high-quality care in a healthcare setting. As an Environmental Services Technician, you will maintain a clean, welcoming environment for patients and staff, following established policies and infection prevention protocols.

This is a full-time, hourly role with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth. You will perform cleaning, floor care, laundry, and waste management tasks, adhere to safety standards, and support supervisors to keep operations

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adherence to infection prevention protocols and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of patient/resident rooms, public areas, and workspaces according to organizational standards.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
• May perform laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and uniforms.
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols, including OSHA, CMS, and TJC standards.
• Assist in setting up rooms, moving furniture, and performing light maintenance as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, supply needs, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
• Document completed work and adhere to departmental checklists and quality standards.
• Participate in training, staff meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
