Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a motivated Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 3 to lead second-shift EVS operations at Denver Health in Denver, CO. This hands-on leader will support a safe, clean environment and enhance patient satisfaction.

You will oversee frontline teams, drive safety, compliance, and efficiency, and collaborate with hospital partners to improve service delivery and budget planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare environmental services (EVS) experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop frontline teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Oversee daily second-shift EVS operations for patient areas.
