Job summary

Keswick Multicare Inc in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Housekeeper EVS to maintain a clean, safe environment in healthcare settings. You will clean patient rooms, common areas, and operating spaces, following infection control protocols and PPE usage to prevent the spread of infection.

This full-time role offers $17–$17.50 per hour, based on experience, with a schedule Monday to Friday 7am-3pm and every other weekend. Prior healthcare cleaning experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services preferred, especially in healthcare.
• Ability to follow written and verbal cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
• Must be physically able to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing).
• Basic infection control knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, common areas, and operating spaces per protocols.
• Manage waste disposal in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Restock linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies across assigned areas.
• Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to supervisors promptly.
• Follow infection control procedures and PPE requirements.
