Responsibilities

• Answers phones and greets internal/external customers, determines needs, and secures resources.
• Performs record keeping and data file maintenance tasks.
• Monitors supplies, equipment and forms; manages inventory levels and tracks deliveries.
• Coordinates setups, recycling, and daily shift start/close procedures.
