Responsibilities include supervising schedules, restocking supplies, preparing rooms for meetings, and performing general housekeeping while ensuring safety and quality in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow oral or written instructions with clarity.
• Knowledge of recurrent work routines and basic procedures.
• Ability to frequently move objects weighing 20–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect assigned area to ensure departmental standards are maintained.
• Supply staff with proper supplies and equipment; maintain inventory.
• Inspect equipment and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Set up meeting and conference rooms per schedule.
• Perform general housekeeping: mop, dust, vacuum, shampoo carpets.
• Assist supervisor with work schedules and assignments.
• Assist in training new employees in the section.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
