Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Warehouse Technician – Driving in Overland Park, KS to support daily warehouse operations and deliver equipment to patients and facilities. You will pick, pack, ship, inspect inventory, and set up equipment in patient homes, while maintaining safety and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• 1 year of experience in warehouse, general labor, or related roles.
• Valid and unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic technical, mechanical and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; verify against invoices.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Disassemble, test, disinfect, and repair returned equipment as needed.
• Track inventory, monitor stock levels and expirations.
• Maintain clean, organized, compliant warehouse space.
• Perform data entry and basic admin tasks (scanning, filing).
• Assist with loading/unloading and deliveries to homes and facilities.
• Follow driving policies and complete deliveries safely and on time.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and safety.
• Complete visit documentation and maintain patient records.
• Adhere to HIPAA, infection control, PPE, and safety protocols.
