Agiliti is seeking a Hospital Service Technician I in Topeka, KS. You will handle equipment delivery to patient rooms, communicate with clinical staff about equipment features, and ensure services meet quality metrics.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays are required to support a 24/7 hospital schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours.
• Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods.
• Be able to bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Confidently communicates with clinical staff on equipment features and functionality.
• Provides a quality service, performs to quality standards, and meets customer and company metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes all equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use following all company and hospital protocols.
