Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc is seeking a Customer Service Technician I to safely load, transport, and deliver medical equipment to healthcare locations. You will educate customers on equipment use and handle all related paperwork for billing and inventory at a Pittsburgh district site.

Qualifications include 21+ years, a valid license, a safe driving record, and basic computer skills. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts, with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
• Safe driving record per Agiliti policies.
• Customer service experience.
• Prior hospital setting experience is helpful.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
• Able to lift/push up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers.
• Retrieve equipment from customer locations and transport it back to the office.
• Educate customers on features and functionality of equipment at delivery.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
