Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year experience in healthcare housekeeping or similar setting required.
• National Executive Housekeeper Certification desirable.
• Must be able to teach processes and techniques to others.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and documents training and orientation of staff.
• Provides detailed housekeeping services in all assigned rooms and areas.
• Cleans, maintains and restocks Environmental Services equipment.
• Provides quality customer service and responds to customer queries.
