Mat-Su Regional Medical Center in Palmer, AK is seeking a full-time Environmental Services Worker I to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will perform cleaning, floor care, and waste management in assigned areas, supporting infection control and patient comfort.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work day shifts, including Fridays and Saturdays, totaling 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cleaning or environmental service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• Ability to lift or move objects as needed.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms, hallways, lobbies and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust floors and surfaces.
• Maintain floors and upholstery per procedures.
• Washes walls, ceilings and windows as needed.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory.
