Good Samaritan seeks an Environmental Services Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients and residents. You will clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas following infection control and safety guidelines.

Role requires lifting up to 40-50 lbs, standing most of the shift, and a high school diploma or equivalent. We offer day shifts, full-time schedules, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of six months housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to use computer and prior cleaning experience is helpful.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment is helpful.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Previous custodial experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in patient/resident areas by following infection control guidelines.
• Clean patient/resident rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using cleaning tools and equipment.
• Assist in laundry areas and be prepared to adapt to location needs.
• Move and lift up to 40-50 lbs and be on your feet most of the shift.
