Good Samaritan in Waconia, MN seeks an Environmental Services Technician to maintain a safe and sanitary environment in patient/resident areas and other facilities spaces. You will follow infection control, safety, and cleaning procedures, handling tasks from waste disposal to floor care and equipment maintenance.

Flexibility in hours is required, with potential overtime, nights, or weekend shifts. Prior cleaning experience in healthcare is preferred, and access to daily earnings is part of the

Qualifications

• Six months housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to use a computer is helpful.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and materials is helpful.
• Previous custodial experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in patient/resident rooms and assigned areas by following infection control and safety guidelines.
• Empty waste baskets, sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors using appropriate equipment.
• Keep storage and carts clean, organized, and well-stocked; assist in laundry areas as appropriate.
• Per location, work hours vary including overtime, nights, weekends, or holidays.
