University of Michigan Health Sparrow Ionia is seeking a Housekeeper/ENVIRON SVCS TECH I to maintain a sanitary patient care environment in the Sparrow Ionia facility. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently, with the team focusing on safe and efficient cleaning practices.

Responsibilities include daily logs, stocking supplies, waste removal, and equipment cleaning, while meeting hospital standards and mandatory in-services.

Formación

• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately on a timely basis.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Completes daily work completion and documentation log form for patient room cleaning and areas.
• Stocks Environmental Services supplies in all units.
• Removes waste, trash and recycling materials and transports to disposal areas.
• Cleans equipment and maintains hospital standards during in-services and requirements.
