Job summary

Atrium Health Lake Norman is seeking a dedicated cleaner to join our facilities team. The role involves cleaning assigned areas, maintaining hygiene, and supporting a safe, orderly environment for patients and staff.

The successful candidate will perform tasks such as dusting, sanitizing, floor care, waste removal, and restocking restrooms, with indoor work predominating but occasional outdoor duties. High school diploma or GED and one year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete cleaning of assigned areas including dusting, sanitizing, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Wash windows, walls, ceilings, vents and light fixtures; sweep, scrub and refinish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpet.
• Restock restrooms and replace light bulbs; report repairs to maintenance staff.
• Maintain safe work environment and adhere to infection control guidelines and department standards.
