Atrium Health Cleveland - Environmental Services is seeking a dedicated full-time Environmental Service Technician for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri and every other weekend). The role involves thorough cleaning, waste management, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to prioritize, complete work timely.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of assigned areas including dusting, sanitizing, and floor care.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and disinfectants safely.
• Remove waste: collect/transport linen, empty trash, replace sharps, recycle.
• Keep equipment clean and report faults to maintenance.
• Maintain safe working environment and follow infection control guidelines.
• Attend required in-service education and training to stay updated.
