Job summary

Atrium Health Cleveland is hiring for an Environmental Services Associate to clean assigned areas, maintain sanitation, and support a safe hospital environment. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a schedule 3 pm–11:30 pm and every other weekend, and pay range $18.85–$28.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of environmental services/cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete cleaning of assigned areas including dusting, sanitizing, and floor care.
• Handles waste, recycling, and replenishes supplies; reports repairs.
• Keeps equipment clean and reports maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintains a safe environment following infection control guidelines.
• Attends required in-service training and meets time schedules.
