Job summary

Wellfound Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services Tech to join our Tacoma team. This role supports a clean and sanitary hospital environment across patient care areas, offices, and floors, with three 10-hour shifts weekly.

You will perform cleaning per infection control policies, dispose of medical waste per regulations, and document progress in EPIC while collaborating with staff to maintain smooth operations and compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Must have effective oral and written English communication.
• Ability to independently utilize a computer and enter data.
• Experience in environmental services in healthcare or hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient care areas, administrative areas, and floors using appropriate techniques and safety precautions.
• Update EPIC to track daily work progress.
• Coordinate with staff to submit work orders, request supplies, and schedule maintenance.
• Follow HIPAA and Privacy laws.
