• Supervises and leads Environmental Services Aides to maintain assigned area in a clean and aseptic manner.
• Assigns personnel, equipment and supplies efficiently to maximize resources.
• Coordinates, schedules and conducts employee training with management.
• Responds to defects, deficiencies and customer complaints and follows up.
• Adapts scheduling to needs of unit and patient population, while respecting privacy.
• Other related duties as required.
