Job summary

Forefront is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations of EVS in a healthcare setting. You will supervise front-line staff, coordinate cleaning, floor care, laundry, and waste management, and ensure compliance with OSHA, CMS, and accreditation standards.

This hourly leadership role requires attention to safety, infection prevention, and quality of service, with scheduling and reporting duties to the Manager or Director.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising environmental services staff in healthcare settings.
• Ability to enforce infection prevention and safety standards.
• Proven ability to schedule staffing and coordinate operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EVS technicians, floor techs and laundry staff across shifts.
• Oversee laundry operations, quality control and infection prevention compliance.
• Inspect patient/resident rooms and public areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure OSHA CMS TJC compliance and timely reporting to management.
