Job summary

Transylvania Regional Hospital, a part of Mission Health and HCA Healthcare family, seeks an Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate (Housekeeper) to clean facility areas per leadership expectations. You will follow safety standards, maintain appearance, report hazards, and support patient experience improvements.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ year in healthcare or housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare. Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service related field. Preferred

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and sanitation expectations.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
• Report hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Properly utilize all supplies and resources to minimize waste.

Education
