Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Five years of Environmental Services leadership experience, healthcare preferred.
• Ability to lead teams and manage relationships across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective working relationships with administration, team members, providers, patients and vendors.
• Identify cost effective systems needed to support the Environmental Services department at the facility.
• Responsible for conducting required one-on-one training using approved techniques, procedures and educational materials in the coaching process.
• Monitor all employees to evaluate team member performance including cleaning and maintenance of areas.
• Proactively identify and prioritize areas that need environmental services attention.
• Responsible for meeting goals related to Orlando Health strategic pillars, including budget, customer experience, quality, and engagement.
• Advise administration and staff on interpretation of Environmental Health, Safety and Environment of Care policies and procedures.
• Coordinate the removal of regular, recycled and bio-medical waste.
• Ensure attendance and adherence to policies and procedures.
