Qualifications

• Leading housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Lead teams in light/heavy housekeeping and laundry aide duties across varying shifts.
• Oversee staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions with timely project completion.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with supervisors, client staff, residents, and guests.
