You will oversee staffing, budgets and strategic direction while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role requires supervising teams, managing resources, and driving service excellence to support patient well-being in a rural healthcare setting.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED as minimum education.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; 5-10 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manages staffing, training, assigning work, evaluating performance and development to meet department goals.
• Develops and adheres to staffing and budgeted revenue/expenses.
• Oversees Environmental Services and Distribution Operations.
• Sets strategic direction and ensures resources align with department goals.
• Ensures compliance with environmental and regulatory codes and guidelines.
