Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or related experience desired.
• Two years housekeeping supervision in healthcare preferred.
• Ability to motivate and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and orient housekeeping, floor care, and laundry staff.
• Plan and supervise department operations and staffing.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment.
• Forecast supplies and equipment; manage budget.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and survey readiness.
• Promote resident satisfaction; coordinate with other departments.
• Conduct quality assurance rounds and report outcomes.
• Follow company policies and support staff development.
• Participate in facility meetings and committees.
