Ho-Chunk, Inc. – Dynamic Systems seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead Environmental Services on government contracts. Fort Hood-based role overseeing cleaning standards, safety, staff, schedules, payroll, inventory, and client relations.

The position requires five years in Healthcare Environmental Services with supervisory experience and relevant certifications, offering a stable, mission-driven environment with growth across government contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of Healthcare Environmental Services (HES) experience within the last eight years in a medical facility supporting inpatient, outpatient, and surgical services.
• CHESP through AHE or C/RESE through IEHA certification is required.
• Five or more years of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of contract administration, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures.
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to operate custodial equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage Environmental Services operations across contracts to meet cleaning standards and contractual requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day contract performance per PWS.
• Create, manage, and adhere to monthly and annual work schedules.
• Maintain asset logs, inventory records, and supply controls.
• Build and sustain positive client relationships and address concerns.
• Plan, organize, and communicate daily priorities and client requests.
• Manage labor planning, budget oversight, and cost controls.
• Lead, supervise, and support onsite teams across multiple shifts.
• Set expectations; provide training and performance feedback.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure task completion and quality.
• Coordinate service execution with shift leads.
• Manage supply, chemical, and equipment usage; ensure safety training.
• Promote and cultivate a strong safety culture and safe work environment.
• Use data to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Complete administrative tasks and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for additional or periodic services to support revenue growth.
• Provide after-hours emergency response as required.
