Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in environmental services or healthcare, 1 year in supervision or lead roles, and CHEST certification within 18 months. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

Two years of customer service experience.
Eighteen months of environmental services or housekeeping experience.
One year supervisory or project lead experience.
Must complete CHEST certification within 18 months of hire.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Open and close shifts, assign tasks and projects, manage bed tracking and inventory.
Perform cleaning inspections and provide feedback/train team members.
Handle and store supplies/equipment; maintain safety and infection control practices.
Communicate with patients, visitors, staff; deescalate issues as needed.
High-touch surface disinfection across patient areas and facilities.
Occasionally travel to off-site locations; complete other duties as assigned.
